This is an interesting article, but I especially liked the tips from Mark Nash’s “1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home” in the sidebar. He states that there are only 3 reasons why people won’t buy a home and home sellers have control over two of those things: price, condition, and location.

Great Toolkit Ideas!
