Interesting, brief article on how to hold a successful open house. I like the idea of inviting the neighbors to come at an earlier time, because all the nosy ones show up anyways and you don’t need the extra distractions!

This article has some great ideas for stocking your staging toolkit. I especially loved the “earthquake putty” idea, even though I’m not in California I can still think of a few ways to use this.
