In addition to home staging, I’d recommend trying a 5 day round robin auction if you need to sell quickly. Here’s an article on Bill Effros’s book “How to sell your home in 5 days.”

I have not tried this, but I plan to. If you go to the 5 day auction site, they often have free teleseminars.
Has anyone tried this method before? I read Bill’s book and was quite impressed. I have heard some other investors in Florida using this concept before.
